The anti-tamper steel wire seal is a one-time anti-counterfeiting sealing device with a high-strength steel wire as the main body and a metal lock structure. The core principle is that the physical restraint of the steel wire and the single bite of the lock form an irreversible sealing state, and forcibly removing it will cause the steel wire to break or the lock to deform, leaving obvious damage traces. Compared with plastic seals, steel wire seals have higher tensile strength (usually up to 200-1000N) and shear resistance, making them suitable for heavy-duty sealing scenes with extremely high security requirements, such as container transportation, hazardous chemical warehousing, and valuable goods escort.

1. Materials and Craftsmanship

· Wire bulk:

◦ 316 stainless steel wire or galvanized low carbon wire is used, where the stainless material has extreme corrosion resistance and is suitable for humid or corrosive environments such as marine transportation and chemical industry.Galvanized steel wire covers conventional logistics scenarios with cost-effective advantages.

The diameter of the steel wire is usually 1.5-3mm, after the cold drawing process, the tensile strength is increased by 30% -50%, which can withstand the cutting of professional tools.

· Locker components:

◦ The main body is made of zinc alloy or aluminum die-casting, the surface is electroplated to prevent rust (such as galvanized, nickel-plated). The inside of the lock is designed to be a jagged, anti-detachable structure. The wire is automatically stuck when inserted, and the bite is tighter when pulled in the opposite direction.

· Irreparable: The binding area of the lock and the wire is fixed by laser point welding or stamping, the wire needs to be cut when dismantled, and the broken area shows obvious marks of metal tear, which cannot be used repeatedly.

2. Operating specifications

· Installation: steel wire must be completely through the sealing hole to ensure that the lock is in place, and the reserved length is not more than 50mm to prevent hooking;

· Dismantle: Use special wire pliers to cut the outside of the lock. Violent pulling is prohibited which causes the wire to splash;

· Record: The seal number should be filed with the logistics document and supervisory control system.
